U.S. Marine Corps Col. Michael Ogden, commanding officer of 12th Marine Corps District, briefs officer candidates with Recruiting Station Portland and Seattle during a Mini-Officer Candidates School event at Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Center in Warrenton, Oregon, April 27. The purpose of this training was to prepare the officer candidates of the mental and physical rigors of Officer Selection School in Quantico, Virginia.
